Who makes these products?
Hearthwell is the brand and manufacturer. Every item is sold under the Hearthwell name. We do not list other brands.
How many products do you sell?
Five. The shop is the complete collection.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No. Delivery is UK-only.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery is £4.95 per order. Dispatch is 1–2 working days; transit is typically 2–4 working days. That figure is the same in checkout and in our Merchant Center feed.
How do I pay?
Stripe Checkout is the only payment method. We do not take WhatsApp, PayPal or “message to buy” orders.
How do I track my order?
Use Track your order with the Stripe reference from your receipt. We reply with dispatch status and any carrier details once the parcel is in the post. We do not show a live tracking map on the site.
What are my cancellation rights?
You have 14 days to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our own 30-day returns window for unused items. Use Cancel your order to tell us, or see Returns.
