Cancel your order

If you bought online from Hearthwell, you may cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. That cooling-off period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. We also offer a 30-day window for unused items in original condition.

Use this form to tell us you want to cancel. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will stop it where we can. If it has already been sent, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We do not offer exchanges.
